That might be the nail in the coffin for this game. Damn, that power play is strong.

lucic has not been a huge factor and at times he looks slow and not physical...was thinking a decent addition for the Flames this summer, not now.

Yeah that's clearly goalie interference. Based on what's been called interference so far, anyway.

Remember when Quick put his head up Colborne's ass and the Flames goal got called back...well that was 10x worse, if that counts I don't even

Show the Colborne one vs. LA and then that one...which one should be a goal, seriously NHL?

Hahahahahaha. Of course it's a goal. Of course.
I guess the NHL's officials have already sealed their position as the biggest joke in all of professional sports so it almost doesn't matter if they get one like that laughably, horrifically wrong.

I really don't see a problem with that goal counting, Lewis had Burns' stick between his legs and no where to go

^Sure he did. He did not have to sit on the goalie. But if you want to give them that one, they have to stop calling off goals for much more marginal interference, which they've consistently been doing. The only thing you can predict from these calls is that the refs have a better than even shot of doing something that makes no sense in the circumstances.
They've actually gotten the offside ones right, which have of course been the most annoying. So the only clear improvement in terms of getting the right result has detracted from the entertainment value of the product.

Burns interfered with his ability to get out of the way and kind of pushed him into the goalie a bit. No problem with that as the King player was trying to get out of the way (at least on the surface)

No I agree that it is terribly inconsistent, and that needs to be fixed. Goalie interference needs to be more clearly defined. All I'm saying is that I have no problem with that particular goal counting

Also this "beat LA" chant has gotten real old. It is funny to do once a game, but not every 4 minutes
