I understand the back referee needed up making the right call, but how the hell does the referee standing right next to that check from Behind not call that? They showed the replay and he was starring directly at it.

Nash...you are dead to me.
What. An. Idiot.

There are two refs, which Nash has forgotten.

Well he does have a point. They weren't calling it at first. It was deserving of a penalty for sure but without the Brodie crosscheck they're playing 5on5.

It blows my mind how often the Flames throw away possession in the offensive zone to make a change.
Not feeling great about this OT for whatever reason.

Flames go to 3 on 3 overtime.
Automatic win?

Bennett and Gaudreau are the only two forwards on the entire team who will choose to extend their shift to try and generate offense. It's agonizing.

How would you not feel good about OT? Johnny will dominate like he always does.

I didn't think my interest could wane so much in this team but man.... they are making it tough to buy in. Bush league play, rarely making a smart play, frequently passing onto opposition sticks. They almost never choose to shoot into open areas and frequently shoot the puck directly at the oppositions stick or feet, passes with no chance of maintaining possession every shift. Get the puck, wait, give it away, repeat.

I know Russell does heart and soul things to endear himself to fans, but I think by now everyone can see he's just not that good
