Justin Houston is a really good player. He's not a one trick pony.

That was some pathetic movement by the Chiefs Offense on the line after that last sack. Could have spiked the ball.

####ty start.

Wild finish.

The defense is gonna carry the team this season. Just vicious. If the offense - more so the offensive line - could get it together that the offense is manageable, this team is in great shape.

Not a great advertisement for either team.

I think Denver is pretty legit. Their Defence is a top end unit. Any team that wins a Thursday night road game earns it.

Thursday night games are notoriously terrible. Not enough prep or healing time from the weekend. Pretty much every game last year played on thursday was sloppy.

Chiefs defense may be as good as any in the NFL. Too bad the offense can't hold up their end

It's funny but the very same may apply to the Broncos. Great looking defense, but if they can't find a way to develop a top end running game, they are going to struggle. Peyton is playing out there with his mind more than anything, I can't imagine his arm is gonna look any good in the cold months deep in the season. Door is wide open for the Chargers to win the division.

Agree with this 100% - the O-line is killing the offence now, but it is a new unit, with Vasquez being the only holdover from last year. If they gel as a unit, then that will hopefully create room for Anderson. If the run falters, Manning can still hit targets (when he isn't constantly forced to drop back), but that isn't sustainable all year.

At least the Broncos get the two toughest defences they will play all regular season out of the way. Only other tough defensive assignment will be the return game with KC. They play a few high powered offences, but if the defence plays great they can take the division with comfort IMO

Manning's arm looks shot IMO, not sure how that will look come November and December when it gets colder.

The NFL should be able to structure bye weeks so that both teams on Thursday are rested and prepared.

All of the recievers that were running way downfield have to get back to the line of scrimmage. Which liekly couldn't happen.

A snap for a false start would have been an automatic 10 second runoff ending the game.

Technically, I believe, the Recievers could all get set downfield, even though they are way beyond the line of scrimmage, and on the snap - the flag would be for illegal formation, which would cost 5 yards, but would stop the clock and not result in a 10 second runoff - giving the recievers time to get back to the line of scrimmage.

Johnny Football vs Moriota this Sunday. I would pass rush Johnny 90% of the time and turn him into a running back. Moriota was the one the Browns were hoping to get so great drama in this otherwise unimportant game.

Some great games lined up for tomorrow. Not sure Manziel starting has many people interested in the least. Really not sure what to expect from the Cowboys-Eagles game. I want to say the Eagles, being the home team, but probably wouldnt be surprised either way. Will go with Packers and Pats for the other two big games.
