haha, Gio. I love this team. I am so glad he can be on the ice around the guys today to help calm everyone down. I think because of that, this team will be very prepared for this game. They will come out flying and playing hard just like they did in the last 2 games because they know how to do it now even on the road.

I am going with a 4-2 tonight, 1 empty net goal. Monahan scores the game winner, Ferland scores to tie it up after stealing the puck from Bieksa in the corner. The place just goes flat from there and never recovers.

Flames win! GFG.

If Miller is truly not 100% need to make sure we get him moving side to side in the butterfly and lots of traffic.

If knee is still hurt his push off will not be as strong going post to post.

Yes, and lots of ups and downs. Johnny should test the wraparound, not that he should ever score on it, but who knows.

I picked the Flames in 6, but Flames in 5 would be better on my nerves

Even if Miller is hurt I don't think the Flames try to change anything. We aren't struggling to score all that much anyway. Just keep doing what we have been and earning PP time.

We can win this game even strength, so lets just stay out of the box and play simple, disciplined hockey. The canucks have no depth and now soft as hell, Sven is playing in their top 6. Apparently the savior for the Canucks.

I just received an email for a hotel discount at Disneyland. That has to be a sign, right?

The Flames need to trust the system they've been playing all year. No matter who is in net or what team we play...we can beat em! GFG!

I'm so sick of Sven, his camp, the Canucks, their fans and media trying to paint the Flames as the villain in this whole saga.

If there is justice, the Flames will finish the Canucks off tonight in convincing fashion.

If the Flames can only put up 11 tonight, it can be Mi11er from here on out.

Wishful thinking....

The Flames physical game has to be wearing down the older Canuck core, especially their blueline.

I said it before, I felt pretty comfortable that the Canucks basically shot their bolt in game two. they used up their physical and emotional gas tanks. They had little to no emotional pushback in game 4, they just accepted getting run over, they accepted that the only shots they had were from the outside, and I didn't see any Canucks really pushing into the hard areas.

I have not doubt that the Canucks will come hard, but the question is, how deep is that well?

Yesterday on 770 they were talking to a host from CKNW. Apparently the secondary market for tickets to tonight's game is falling apart. Tickets with a face value of $145 are going for $99.

So happy I got rid of mine before Game 4 for face value.

Phew.
