Not the greatest play by Wolf, but Wingles certainly sells the call against the rookie

looked like Wolf worked pretty hard to get back in front of Wingels and then Wingels grabbed his arm. Not a completely blown call but not an obvious penalty either, imo.

Pretty odd call when you see the replay. The Sharks player had more of a hold on Wolf than anything, but what's frustrating is the ref made no effort to see what was going on and who was doing the holding.

Usually you can see them straining to watch that stuff, this ref just kind of chilled along the boards and eventually put his arm up.
