That movie is still of my favorite movies of all time, mainly because of the source story and how they re told it in such an original way.

It was like when I went to Theatre Calgary and they retold Shakespeare's Merchant of Venice in pre world war 2 Germany.

I got 35 seconds in before I had to go vomit.

Edit: then I tried another 11 seconds and had to quit. Awful. Horrible. Whoever approved that should be drawn and quartered, then shot, then distributed to the 4 corners of the British empire.

I got to the part where Missy Elliot comes in. It's just all around terrible. I'm not even really a big enough Ghostbusters fan to care, but damn.

Wow, that song is ear cancer. The formerly worst movie song of all time, Puff Daddy's version of Kashmir, sounds like Bohemian Rhapsody in comparison.

The only thing that needed to be remade less than Ghostbusters the movie was Ghostbusters the song.
