Having done mascot work before, dancing and being entertaining is easiest part of the job. Even if it’s under the hot sun wearing a full body fur coat
It’s the adults (yes, even the sober ones) who think you’re a giant, animated stuffed toy and thinks it’s okay to treat you like walking punching bag. Despite being punched at or kicked at, you still can’t properly defend yourself since you represent the company and you hoped that a handler or security steps in
The worst incident I’ve heard was a female colleague who was at a company party to test out a newly made mascot outfit. Unfortunately people at the party have been heavily drinking and wondered if the person underneath was a guy or a girl so she got groped. From that point on, she made sure there was at least one person with her at all times

Watching Vulk slide down the lower bowl stairs on a crazy carpet was one of the most insane things I’ve seen happen at the Dome. That mascot oozed entertainment.
