LOL. EE, you are easily one of my five favourite unintentionally hilarious posters on CP. Actually now that moon's gone, you might be number one.

I believe in the Jays.

Yeah, just once. Saw a pretty blond at the bus stop I used and started lightly chatting her up... I thought I was getting somewhere I was going to ask for her number but a few minutes before my bus arrived she asked if she could give me something (At which point I though "score! won't even need to ask") then she handed me one of many phamplets that she had in her purse from the Church of Latter-Day Saints... I decided not to do that again.

This whole thing you guys are doing getting offended and throwing around accusations is just ridiculous. Intelligent people don't get offended sobl easily. I'm the complete opposite of a misogynist so accusing me of such is ignorant. Maybe a little blunt or quick to speak, not all women love talking about themselves but many do because they are genetically predisposed. Sometimes I just hope people can think for themselves instead of doing the get offended for other people nonsense.
|
I am not offended, I actually expected this response. It is much like the response you gave in the vaccine thread.

One thing I can recommend to anyone who might have trouble striking up conversations with people (men or women) in general is to go out socially by yourself every now and then. I can't count the number of times I've been out at the bar by myself, struck up conversation with a bunch of random strangers and then proceeded to have a complete blast with them.
Note, this doesn't work very often in Vancouver and Victoria because people out here are #######s.

All the self proclaimed nice guys in this thread that are ashamed of your masculinity, keep doing what you're doing. Seriously, it makes life easier for me.

Generic and uninteresting comebacks aside neither of you have answered my question about how far the emotional friend approach gets you.

I'm interested in why you care so much. Are you thinking of switching up your approach or something?

I have only ever gone out with women that approached me (cold or otherwise) because I am lazy..
My wife is a former import model (and absolutely stunning), which can be corroborated by other posters on this forum.
Check and mate aggressive manly men.

Why call it an "approach"?

I like how if you don't categorize women by the HB scale, engage Kino as quickly as possible, and aim to conquer, objectify, and own, you're a friendzoned niceguy apparently.

I'm really not sure what his end goal is. I'm guessing it's to bait me into revealing my sexual exploits on the internet so he can:
A) Call me a liar
B) Create some arbitrary number of sexual exploits that indicate "real manliness" and then mock me if I don't reach it
C) Give me one of those creepy, old-guy high-fives?
I don't know. Maybe I'm missing something.
