Don't know the current situation... But during the lockout in 2005 Sportsnet let Quinn and Principe go. They were brought back that summer as Sportsnet employees but their salaries were paid by the Oilers.

I might be one of the very few who enjoyed Walker, but that could be due to me being from Red Deer and appreciating his sports updates on The Drive. With Kerr heading back to join Steinberg in the afternoons, I still think there is something missing on the morning show.
Big improvement on afternoons and TV with this move though.

Huge fan of Kerr. Super nice guy, great on the radio. TV just doesn't seem to be his strongest forte. Very excited to have him back on the radio!

Great news.
I wish they would find a way to better utilize Pinder though. I think he is really good but he is a little buried on the morning show since Boomer drives most of the discussion.

Not that it needs to be confirmed anymore, as it was said on the radio already today, but just got the email from the FAN960 fanclub announcing Rob Kerr back on May 5th, so it's even more super official now.

Hudler falls near the blue line - "Hudler takes a dump... (long pause)... on the ice..."
Guys slashing each other while set up for a face off - "McGrattan and X (can't remember who) hacking and whacking off".
He reminds of Tobias from Arrested Development...
