You can order them straight off the Canada soccer website. The hats and jackets are pretty sweet as well...

We should really be having more games played here in Calgary, you know, because of the altitude...

Huge game tonight. A win and I start to get my hopes dangerously up. Having 6 points of separation over Honduras to start the round would be huge.

Except that if the Canadian team doesnt train in the altitude it doesnt really give us any advantage.

I'm more pumped for this game that anything in Euro right now... we should all be cheering on Canada to make it to the biggest stage of them all, and a win tonight will be huge.

I agree. These are way bigger than Euro to me, and the last crack for a guy like De Rosario to play on the big stage. My fingers are severely crossed, it could be a huge boost for our national program. Just get to the hex and see what can happen. Can you imagine even playing in that 4th place playoff game? I'd be a nervous wreck...

Draw. Canada movies into the lead in Group C for the moment with 4 points, pending the results of the Panama-Cuba game.

yeah but I'm quite pleased. This Canadian team is very very good.

Good ball movement and quality balls into the box. The two Honduran Center Backs, Bernardes and Figueroa had to be world class to keep Canada out and even then, Canada had 2 or 3 great headers that just missed.

Also this group will be much more closer than people think. Other than Cuba who are the whipping boys but could still take some points of Honduras and Panama at home, these 3 teams are close. 8 or 9 points could qualify so goal difference is important. Canada is +1 and Honduras is -2 which is nice.

Was at the game tonight. Canada was dominant most the game, although undisciplined at times with two yellows in the first half. De Rosario is dangerous on the attack; the Honduran left side was weak against the wide field strategy employed by Canada, and the long ball seemed to catch the Hondurans off guard. Although a 0-0 draw, it was a great game that isn't necessarily a bad result.

Cuba tried but lost to Panama 1-0. So as expected Panama now has 6 points.

Guy is just an epic d-bag in my mind after this - he lives in Canada and turns up to a Canada game wearing national team gear, talks about how much he'd help the team and reaffirms that he won't. Only justice is that he has zero chance of playing regularly for the Netherlands. I hope they never ask him to play for Canada again because after all of this it would make me sick to see him ever wear the maple leaf.

Mini-rant aside, good to see Canada not lose after the last campaign but too bad they couldn't pull off 3 points - they really could have used them and were the better side.

Makes the home and away with Panama so huge in September - 3 points or more and they are on track, a single and they will stay alive but will be in rough shape and if they lose both they'll have to hope for the right outcome in the Panama-Honduras game.

Hopefully we have Hoilett in the team by then.... I can dream anyway right?

I appreciate the guy's ambition, but I hate how he says he isn't willing to play for Villareal in the second division. Just no loyalty whatsoever.

I think its pretty doubtful that he makes the Dutch team for the World Cup.

The kicker for me, as Matty stated, is that he shows up to a Canada game, wearing Canada gear, and states it was "blown out of proportion" that he was trying to get a Canadian passport, and he intends to play for the Dutch. He can go pound sand.

Ya, he better be careful or he will end up burning all his bridges. I don't really have a problem with him cheering Canada on, but he is going to offend a lot of people by saying words like "our" in reference to Canada, and also by claiming how much better he would make the team.

If he is smart he would just shut his mouth while he is still trying to make the Dutch team so that he can come back to Canada when/if he doesn't make it. Realistically though, as much as he has offended us, we will probably still be happy to see him play for us.
