These young lads appear to have some degree of prowess at the sport of ice hockey.
This entertains me.

Does Gaudreau always go to the door on the bench? I guess it would be hard for him to step over it.

"Johnny wasn't supposed to be able to play on the road."
Johnny wasn't supposed to be able to do a lot of things.

TJ fricken Brodie. Who would've thought that he'd developed into a top pairing D-man back in 08?

In honour of the Flames' effort tonight, I'm going to give 110% to drinking this beer.

If the Flames play the rest of the season like they did that first period, they are a playoff team. Holy crap what an effort.

I hate to say this because I was always a huge fan of his but getting rid of Iginla was the best thing to happen to this team.

I like that not everything with gaudreau is 'magic'. His takeaways are mostly hustle and hard work.
Hard pressure, pumping his legs, stretching to get into lanes.

Wouldn't that be a story? The Flames begin and complete a rebuild before the Oilers even start the upturn.

Subban didn't get a penalty for pinning Jones for 10 seconds with no puck near him? Star treatment for sure.

I think losing Iginla and Kiprusoff was the sign to the team that the '04 era was over and it was time to start the next chapter.

Seems like refs will call a maximum of one penalty per period on the Habs, and let the rest go. Constant obstruction.
