I hate runs up the middle on 4th down. Perfect opportunity for play action.
Nice response by the defense, though.
Keep it up Josh....I like the aggressiveness.

I want to thank Peyton Manning for making sure that he only throws TD's to players that are on my opponents team in the first round of the CPFL playoffs and avoiding Reggie Wayne like the plague.
Prick.

Here's hoping the Colts continue to try and use the Deion Sanders tackling method in this game.

Finally.
There are two reasons why this game is not closer.
Third down defense. Colts have been good, Brocos haven't.
Josh McDaniels' play calling on third down (and 4th). Shouldn't be running the ball in the situations they were in.
Otherwise, the Colts haven't slowed the Broncos down much.....but it's enough.

It could be really close going into the 2nd half if the Broncos can put points on the board here.
Garcon can't seem to hold onto the ball today and the Colts tackling has been awful.
Some of the Broncos 3rd and 4th down calls have just been awful.
Edit after that 4th down play: Why are you not just sneaking the ball with orton?!

Packers, yet again, give up a late TD in a half or at the end of a game to give the Bears life. Had them dead and buried at one point and let the foot off the pedal...then they drive down the field with 10 seconds left into FG range and Finley fumbles the ball, killing all momentum. Frustrating team at times.
If the bengals would quit killing themselves with penalties, they would be beating the Vikes...and i have to say, favre is starting to look like he did at the end of last year. Dunno if his arm is hurting, but if not, his decision making is very questionable the last 2 weeks. 13 penalties between the 2 clubs in 30 minutes...awful.
Oh and on a personal note...Andre Johnson has me 31 pts in the 1st half in week one of my big money league playoff.
Also...the Panthers are really hanging with the Patriots and if they beat them, and the jets and Fins win....3 way tie for 1st in the AFC East at 7-6.

Orton's been on.
Play action and take a chance down the filed 10 yards. Geez.
Anything but that.
They had 2 opportunities to get the game to 1 TD...and with the ball coming out in the second half.
Not sure what Josh is thinking.

Might have something to do with the opposition. Played two pretty good defenses the last two weeks. They've had a soft schedule.

Man I'd love to see the Panthers somehow walk out of Foxboro with a win. Man have the Pats struggled over the last few weeks.
Matt Schuab is having a field day Vs Seattle. Last year when the Seahawks were full of injurys, I gained a lot of respect for how hard they kept playing and never gave up. This team is the complete opposite though.

I think browna is right about Seattle. Time to sacrifice Hasselbeck and build around a young QB.
They've got some real nice young pieces. They could turn it around pretty quickly. I thought they'd be a playoff team this year.

Orton's first bad throw of the day...and it comes on third down. Just wow.

They will probably have a shot at getting Locker, unless some team ahead really likes him.
Considering he is a local kid and they have enough talent in other areas that they can afford to draft a Q and wait a year or two without going 0-16 he could be a good choice for them.

Carpenter just missed a field goal. Keeps the game at 14-7 Fins. DC had made 17 straight prior to the miss.

Charles Woodson burned twice on that drive by Knox. Was very weird to see.
