So one pedestrian got hit by a car, which is not a very good way to kill someone. Leaves a lot of room for survival. The next died of cancer, and the last, suicide, which doesn't seem all that surprising given the circumstances. This isn't really evidence of anything at all.

Here's a game: make the best movie you can using only cancelled (whether or not they've been revived) talent. Don't include a plot, just a roster of talent that, sight unseen, at least piques your curiosity.

And you can't use Robert Downey Jr - people say Iron Man was a comeback story for him, but all that really happened was he stopped being everyone's first choice for leading roles for like 18 months. He didn't go to war.
