This is very exciting. Buffalo has many really intriguing pieces. I hope it's a Coleman trade for one of their prospects. Or they overpay for Whitecloud.

Just a guess based on nothing, but i would think that this would be a trade not including any of the big names on the Flames, but a Pachal + could land a good forgotten player out of Buffalo.
Anton Wahlberg recently went 39thOV, and excels at everything away from the puck. His points are the ugly types in front of the net. Potential for being a high level bottom six player. I think that there is just not room in Buffalo.
I would love for Calgary to pick up 3 or 4 "fan favorite" type players at this deadline, along with picks.

I'm thinking the cycle of gifs is conroy is playing it cool, Buffalo is excited for a deal (possible three way including Jersey), Bruins, Vegas, and Tampa are involved as well... can't forget about the Ducks and they're close.

Why did you quote we. People always use we when refering to the team. Or you emphasized it for another reason. And no "we" "don't" "need" to trade these guys but if there's a market you absolutely do it. Kadri's value could fall off the face of the earth next season due to age and ditto for Coleman. Coleman's had been fortune for injuries his entire career but he plays hard and that catches up
