I was in Edmonton (*spits*) last week for work and couldnt believe the amount of Calgary-based businesses that have moved there.
I can't think of a reverse of that besides Booster Juice (are those even around still?).
I wouldnt mind having a Farrow here, to be honest.

The bowling alley is still around, they've done some minor renos and I think they gave up some of that underground space to the renovated Zara as they have a new underground floor that you take the escalating down into.

That's pretty much 5 years to the day that they moved into that new location, must not be continuing at the end of their lease. Do you know if they'll relocate? I like that building, wonder what will take its place.

They own Camp Brand and another as well. I love Camp stuff and looks like they're not going away. Just leaving the building. I liked it there, but at least they'll still be around.

I think it's more the respective owners of the two brands, CoutuKitsch and Camp Brand wanted to go their separate ways.

That's a tough one. Lots of spots to buy the Coals, Brixtons, and Patagonias.
If they're going for the upscale, indy market, they need to get the requisite lines. It can be done, but need a buyer with a helluva eye, and capital.

That store could do well in this outdoors hipster city of Calgary. The location sucks. It's on the edge of Inglewood outside of the main strip and nobody knows its there. They also moved out of the actual Livery stables and moved across the street to some modern building, even further away from central Inglewood. You wouldn't know it was there at all unless you went to Nash to eat.

I don't think it's anecdotal at all when their CEO gets shot in his Rolls Royce gangland style.

And being involved in dozens of lawsuits where it seems obvious he is pulling financial and property scams.

Has the barn been in use since they moved across the street a few years ago? I wonder what is in store for the old barn. The National Hotel has historic designation, but the barn apparently does not.
