The Eagles ran a whopping 13 total offensive plays in the first half, that unto itself is hard to believe. Saints D is actually very good, it's just their offense stinks.

Best case Ontario is the 0.001% chance you break a return. Otherwise, why take the chance of losing a possession for the offense and giving up good field position?

Bears are going to be in great position in the draft at least, that #2 pick will be worth a lot for the team who wants whichever of Stroud or Young the Texans don't take. And then turn around and use some of those extra picks for Jeudy or whoever.

Don't be surprised if the Bears end up with the top pick. It will be on brand for the Texans to actually win their last game against a horrible Colts team.
