I keep Kadri before just dumping him

If I had to guess it seems like the difference now is that he seems to want to leave now, at least if Dreger is to be believed. And the flames have a reputation for running the team in a very player friendly manner as far as personnel decisions. I am sure they won't just cave and trade him for nothing but if he has asked to go to a contender it might be a case of taking the best deal offered by next friday as long as they don't have to retain or can move Coleman without retention.
But if he's not forcing his way out, I agree I think this summer or next season the flames might be able to get value and thought the same thing re: holding him a bit longer. He's going to see a ton of ice and produce points and 7 mil for a 2nd line center is not a massive hit under a 104 million dollar cap.

There are loads of players each year whose contract expires without getting traded, because, until they've seen where they stand for the next year, other teams just wait...because these types of players are available for free after July 1.

There is a market for every player on this team. Right now if Calgary had superstars they would be a threat. Problem is that the team is built of depth players only, but can contribute in different areas of the game. Teams will call.

I would still put Coleman at 95% and Kadri at 75%

Hoping this asset management gets all dealt with this year, I think it would be better for coachs, management and players to focus on development, and long term planning, don't know if this is a distraction internally, but does seem to be dragging on

Why do you want Lomberg moved? I thought he was exactly the type of veteran personality you'd want on a rebuilding team, no?

Yep. Everything reads that it's time to look to the future.

It would seem the issue is that they have received offers they can live with, but they’re not happy with them. If a team really wants Kadri their offer will still be on the table this weekend, so I’m not sure Conroy isnt overly pressured, but as the deadline closes in I doubt value goes up because the league knows that once this deadline passes the urgency to acquire the player diminishes while Kadri’s urgency to leave intensifies. Not a good scenario for the Flames.
Just a guess, but I think Colorado has pushed their chips in,and they feel they’re being slow walked by Conroy. Seeing rumors the are now looking at O’Reilly and I would wager this is aimed at motivating Conroy. If Colorado is at the head of the line at this point, the offers aren’t probably as good as some are speculating.

How is it low/medium by logic?
If we are rebuilding, it makes zero sense to keep Kadri. Trade him while he still has decent value.

Because he is UFA and they may get something for him
A veteran doesn’t do much for them in these last few games
They are not going to learn anything more than what they have seen from him already

I do think with Kadri you have to be careful.
Is his decline this year age related or because he's just not happy playing on a losing team and willing to be traded now?
And if he's not happy is he really going to be any happier next year when it comes to this teams trajectory or performance.
Personally I think you have to trade him sooner rather than later, and the longest I'd want this to stretch out to is the draft.
Father Time remains undefeated when it comes to player performance and as of right now his top performance is still in recent memory.

My guess is that it's:
Coleman, Hanley, Kadri
Bonus:
One of Klapka and Pospisil
One of Lomberg and Pachal
Offseason:
Frost
One of Whitecloud and Weegar

May as well add the fourth round pick and sign him back in the summer.

Old guy with lots of term and big dollars.
That's not an easy trade to make.
So logically it's less likely to get done.

Blues have acquired Julien Gauthier from the Isles for Matt Luff. Gauthier is a former 1st round pick who has played 181 NHL games. Luff has played 111 games. Both are currently in the AHL.
