A&W commercials are bad enough here but now they're going to Britain and handing out their burgers touting their usual spiel. Why? Why would the Brits care? They don't even have A&W. And why would Canadians give a flying pink fart that Brits like A&W burgers? A&W gets more ridiculous daily.

I mean, of all the people whose opinions on cuisine anyone would care about...the English?
My in-laws are English and they like their meat to have the consistency and flavour of a hockey puck.
You ever go to a restaurant and seen someone order a steak extra-well done? No? Well I have. It aint pretty.

I wonder what brilliant mind came up with that Idea?
Ad agent #1: "The current "try our burger" ads are getting played out. What else can we do to reinforce to Canadians that we use the finest meats in our burgers?"
Ad agent #2: "........."
Ad agent #1: "I got it. Why don't we take the "try our burger" act to Britain"
Ad agent #2: "Britain? Don't they boil their meat there?"
Ad agent #1: "Why yes."
Ad agent #2: "Brilliant!"

WTF? I'm glad I've never heard/seen that. That's disgusting... Unless it's an ad for vasectomies.

Speaking of Tim's: They have a new ad during the playoffs with a song and dance about where their coffee comes from. At the end, the customer says "Now, what about the donuts?"
Every time, I expect the Tim's guy to respond, "Oh, we just pull those out of the freezer and heat them up."

I'm waiting for the Tim's commercial where they pimp their new lids that actually contain the hot beverage inside the cup instead of leaking all over your hands and in your car. I know it's a dream but I still hope for it to come true one day.

It has bad Connor McDavid acting and everything. I'm stunned you haven't seen it, it's on almost every commercial break on Sportsnet.

Yeah, turns out I usually mute that crap, so I hadn't heard it to the end. I've "seen" it a lot. Last night, I was otherwise occupied when it came on and didn't mute it so I finally heard the whole thing.

That- and does anybody find it appealing that they sample every cup of coffee?
Eew!

Coors commercial: "It's said that there's nothing that can be taken from a man who has freedom".
Well, I can think of one thing.
