A supergroup consisting of: Jon Snow (undead), The Hound, Tormund Giantsbane, Lord Beric Dondarrion (undead), Ser Davos Seaworth, Thoros of Myr, and Gendry "I swing a big ####ing hammer" (Baratheon).
That's one helluva group of hardened badasses. Should be fun.

So Gendry will see Arya again and Mormont gets to go to the wall where his father was Lord Commander. I'm loving how all the interconnectivity is coming into play. Jon and Gendry fighting alongside each other like their fathers.
There's no way Davos' comment about rowing wasn't a nod to the audience.

A little bit of that Tarly pride seeping through. I'm sure he'll recall mention of it at the opportune moment.

What was the note that Littlefinger planted that Arya took?

Most of the screen was blurred out but based on what I can read it was the note that Cirsei forced Sansa to send after Robert died, Ned was betrayed and Joffrey took over. Where she begged Robb, who had just been crowned the king of the north, to bend the knee.
At least that's what I gather from the little bit I was able to pause and read and from what I remember of season two.

Their biological fathers didn't get along quite as well.
Poor Gilly. She discovers possibly the most-important piece of information in the Seven Kingdoms and Sam just ignores her because she's Gilly. Of course, at this point, Sam doesn't know it's as important as it is. Once Bran tells Jon what's up, Gilly can be all like, "Hey, I remember reading something about a Rhaegar and Lyanna."
If Jorah takes a white walker to King's Landing, maybe he'll take the Hound with him and we can finally get Cleganebowl.
I wonder if Cersei is telling the truth about being pregnant? If she's lying, that might be the thing that pushes Jaime over the edge to kill her.

Another episode with the showrunners playing speed chess to move pieces around. A few random thoughts...
- Tyrion's disillusionment with Dany: momentary strategy disagreement, or sowing the seeds for a future flip for Tyron?
- Jon getting vetted and approved by Drogon, while Dany watches on in surprise. Awesome scene! Definitely setting up Jon as a future dragon rider.
- Mormount back in the fold.... Meh. Never my favorite character, and always game me a creepy, lecherous vibe with Dany;
- Bran wargs into a murder of ravens and comes across the army of the dead. . . . still. . . . walking. . . . Their Google nav-guide obviously got them stuck on Plot-Contrivance Ave. for several hundred miles.
- Varys been underhanded, or just expressing legitimate concerns?
- IMO, when Jon offered to go capture a white walker himself, it looked like Dany had the eyes of a woman so thoroughly aroused she was going to have to change everything from her knickers down to her socks.;
- Tyrion is smuggled into King's Landing, gets in touch with Bronn, and convinces Jamie to propose a meeting in two minutes of screen time. . . . There's a lot of significant manevers that the writers just yadda-yadda-yadda'd over;
- Gendry reappears! As others have said, "I thought you'd still be rowing" was great, and Gendry picking up a warhammer and joining the Westeros Avengers was about as close to a classic fantasy novel trope as this series has ever gotten;
- I don't buy or understand Sam's decision to leave the Citadel. . . . OK, so he's not immediately listened to and tasked with doing a lot of menial tasks, but he's still in the world's biggest repository of knowledge, and has the key to the Top Secret journals room, so you'd think he could do more good sticking it out there rather than stealing some literature and leaving.

I'm not sure why that would rate with him. There's really been nothing in their sphere that would indicate that was important.
Plus, he was busy ranting about ####.
Gotta appreciate a good hammer frag.

Information will come up at Jon and Dany's wedding. Can see she is falling for him.

Well I meant that more from a viewer's perspective, not that it's a plot hole or nitpicking or some other stupid thing. That being said if he did overhear it, it definitely would rate with him. The prince of Westeros needing an annulment would be a major secret. Even if it wasn't important to the task at hand it is definitely something that Sam would be interested in.

Yeah the annulment and Rhaegar's marriage to Lyanna is huge news. It means Jon is the legitimate son of Rhaegar which technically puts him ahead of Dany as the rightful ruler of Westeros.
We knew that he was his son, but they didn't previously give any information about whether he was born out of wedlock or not.
