They changed that a few years ago where how catchable a ball is doesn't matter, if you interfere you interfere.

Surprised the Raiders didn't try another YOLO ball to get into FG range there. Only needed like 25 yards.

I don't think that spot fouls need to be eliminated but I believe that PI needs to be redefined to allow for more balance between defending and interfering.

On some of these PI calls they do need a 15 yard version. That one was never getting caught, but the foul was blatant.

Regardless of how bad that penalty was or wasn't it should have never been allowed to happen, letting them convert 3rd and 23 is inexcusable.
