Didn't Schumacher admit that B&R was more about toys than anything else?

Whether it was or wasn't, you don't need bat nipples.

How else is Poison Ivy supposed to come on to you?

Possible Dark Knight Rises Premise?

Sounds pretty wicked to me. Another out of the box villain, that has always been unappreciated. Won't spoil who it is, but he is one of Batman's oldest villains. Can't fricken wait for this one.

I like the idea of Hugo Strange as the villain. It sounds like it could be made in a similar way to the previous two movies.

I hope they stay away from cat woman or poison ivy.

Spoiler in white if you didn't read the plot summary:

I will be shocked if Catwoman isn't in this movie. She will double as the love interest and female villain, but Talia will also be there as well.

Hugo Strange.. I dunno about that, I think that Nolan might just like the way Catwoman is portrayed in that particular Arc, and may draw from it that way.

Anne Hathaway will be playing Selina Kyle/Catwoman and Tom Hardy will be playing Bane.

I think Bane is an interesting choice for a villan. Hathaway will certainly look the part. I haven't seen too many of her movies to vouch for her acting.

Bane? Kick ass! Don't really know how they'll do a realistic Bane though, he should be huge.

I like the Tom Hardy choice, but I'm a bit at odds for Hathaway. I've only ever seen her in comedic roles. That being said, I'm really happy it wasn't Angelina Jolie.

It should be Hugo Strange. No doubts about it. Cast Christopher Lee, if he's still alive then.

The only drama I've seen her in is Rachel Getting Married, and based on that, she's got some serious acting chops. I wouldn't recommend the film, but her performance as a recovering drug addict enduring a family wedding is really raw and honest.

At first I thought this was your opinion or suggestion or something, then I found a link.

I kinda like the Hugo strange idea better. Going to be interesting to see Nolan's take on a less "realistic" character such as Bane. I do think catwoman can be a very good character if done properly.

Not a fan of introducing Bane but I have faith in Nolan.

Hathaway is a very good dramatic actress, she'll do fine.

Well if this really is the last part of the trilogy I wonder if they do something unheard of and end the trilogy on a negative note with Bane breaking Batman's back like in the comic books.

Ends off this arc of Batman movies while leaving the door open for a different reboot with a "new" batman under different directors.

I think no matter what this movie will be disappointing compared to Dark Knight.

Don't get me started on Schumacher, history will remember him as mankinds biggest monster.

They may surprise us, but really Hedger's joker took a movie that was somewhat ordinary and of the same calibre as the first Batman and made it really special.

When they first started promoting TDK, I saw pictures of the Joker and I outright hated him, I always had the gentleman style Joker in my minds eye, this joker was grubby and sloppy and I just wasn't sold.

But Heath Ledger made an iconic Joker that will be remember for a long time.

They could get an amazing performance out of the villians this time though and it will be compared to Ledger's villian and that might make it pale.

My guess when they called it TDKR is that they were going to go the knightfall route. It looks like that just got a little bit more likely.

I hope that Nolan does some name dropping in the last movie, like say Bruce Wayne attending the circus and seeing Dick Grayson, maybe a short exchange.. nothing major but just enough to piss us off and say DAMNIT MAKE ANOTHER MOVIE NOW !

Bane eh.. weird.. I am guessing Batmans back is getting broken.

I am just glad they seem to be sticking with a Graham Nolan arc.
