here we go:
urrent Methods
Re-vote
The first method of resolving a tie is a re-vote. However, there is an additional rule to this vote. The only possibilities of whom a contestant can vote for are the those who received the tied votes. Example: A and B received 3 votes each, C received 2. Only A and B can be voted for in the re-vote, and C is now safe. Since this tie usually occurs between two people, those two do not vote (because their votes would automatically be for each other).
Survivors eliminated by this method:
Angie (Palau)
James (Palau)
Purple Rock of Death (PRoD)
If the vote is still deadlocked after the re-vote, and it's not F4 or a tribe of 2, the elimination is decided by the Purple Rock of Death. A bag of stones, all the same color save one, is held for the contestants. They all blindly draw a stone from the bag. Once all are drawn, the stones are revealed. The contestant holding the odd-colored stone is then eliminated.
Because the PRoD is fair, the person with individual immunity does not have to draw a stone. But because the PRoD loves irony, the people with the deadlocked tie votes become immune and are also exempt from drawing stones. Thus the danger of being eliminated is shifted from the people receiving votes to the people voting for them. Fear of facing the PRoD has prevented many tie votes.

Colby out next. Then Jerri. Voters choose Sandra with Parvati finishing second. Russell placing a dissapointing 3rd.
That's how I see it playing out.

ya I am thinking the same thing
in a season with such big moves and big players, Sandra is basically going to float her way to the win
I can't even think of one big thing she did, she was carried by Rob in the early part of the game. She hasn't really done anything since the merge outside of fail in a try to get rid of Russell that one time

Not only that, but she's so supremely cocky too. What the hell has she accomplished in the game that allows her to act that way? I'm honestly shocked she's still in the game.

Didn't Sandra convince Russell that Coach was trying to vote him out? That's about the only thing that comes to mind. Unfortunately she probably will win. Seems every season the least deserving finalist wins.

That's the problem with the jury system. They always vote for whoever hurt their feelings the least, not who played the best. And the person who hurt their feelings the least is almost always someone who rode the best player's coattails all the way to the final.

I don't get all this hate for Sandra. She said in her previous season that her strategy was "As long as it's not me". I find it amazing that she's played the same strategy as last time and still made it just as long. Just because she's not an aggressive player doesn't mean that she isn't playing her own game plan. If it turns out that her, Parvarti and Russell are in the final 3, I think they are all deserving of the title but for different reasons. I do feel bad for Russell that he might lose twice in a row. He is truly one of the best strategists in Survivor history.
My favorite part of the recent episode was Sandra voting for Rupert saying something like "I'm going to vote you out again and you'll still vote for me in the jury vote." She knows how to read people...

Seriously, that was gross.
I thought the producers supplied them with razors?

Jerri is quietly working her way into the final three.
She is decent on challenges, and if she can prove to continually be manipulated by Russell, she has a very strong shot of going to the final 2, where I think she will win.
The only person who dislikes her on the jury is coach. Good odds.

I have a feeling Coach still has a boner for Jerri. She could potentially clean up in the jury votes as Flash suggests.

Hell I still have a boner for Jerri.
But part of me misses ubergrupenfurhrer Jerry in the first year who was just unrepentant and nasty.
I would love to see her in the final three, but she's a danger in the final three to any of the villains who due to the way that they play the game can't take any of the non offensive players to the jury.
This is going to be a all villain final 3 because of the sucky cry baby jury system.

Ok so I missed this weeks episode from work and I watched it online.. but I turned it off after Parvati won individual immunity because I was tried and didn't feel like watching drama for 15 minutes.
Rupert went home, how did the vote go down? Did Jerri vote for Sandra and it was 4 vs 2 then the idol was played?
