Well there was the goal between Tottenham and Liverpool a couple years ago also. But really, that was entirely hilarious because the decision was against Liverpool for once!

Another atrocious performance for United, but a win in a relegation 6 pointer, you take them how you can get them.

Amorim lives another day thanks to a last minute shirt pull.

so Chelsea had agreed to loan out Nicolas Jackson to Bayern for a ridiculous loan fee of €15m ... he was already in Munich, ready to do the medical, then Chelsea called it off because of Delap's injury.

Lucky Bayern. Bullet dodged.

And here we thought Chelsea would calm down once Emperor Abramovich was gone. It seems like theres always something going on with them.

Apparently Crystal Palace want £35M + £5m in add ons and a 10% sell on fee. Not sure he's worth that when they can get him for free in July. Same for Isak. £120m is nuts when you can get him for half price in ten months.

Yeah...except one has to factor in the opportunity-cost of not having him available right now. If the margins are really thin, are these the players the difference in European, Domestic and Trophy money? In which case its money well spent and...you'd still have them next year.

You're right, that's an excellent point. Konate looks like he's on strike the way he's playing lately.

Oh God! I know right? He's on the Team Sheet but VVD looks like he's playing Solo back there. Get Gomez on one leg or slot that Italian kid in or pony up for Guehi but they've got to get Konate gone.

Pep is overrated. His teams always look mediocre when he doesn't have the absolute best squad in the league available at his disposal.

Only has success when he has a squad of world class players at every position.

pretty funny, they looked incredible week 1. Since then ... not so much. I guess Wolves are just terrible.

Hopefully it picks up from here, but one shot on target so far is making this a big snoozefest. We've talked about how over-coached and robotic and lacking in flair the sport is right now, and this is pretty much typifying that.

Pretty painful half to watch, doesn't help that the atmosphere in the stadium is so awful, absolute library in there.

From Székesfehérvár with Love! Wow!

And credit to Raya, he just shrugs his shoulders like "what do you want me to do about that?"

Feels pretty ominous for the league that Liverpool really haven't looked great so far this season, but still have three wins from three and they haven't exactly had an easy start to the year.
