I don't. It lets people show their work and get feedback whether it be negative or overly critical. People can hopefully take that feedback constructively and improve their work. Maybe it is all a part of the process of improving their skills and leading to future work in graphics design. Everybody has to start somewhere. Why do we have to be rude jerks to people?

The irony is that posting my photoshopped red home Flames jersey in 2004 (before they brought them back) literally lead to me being hired to design the Hitmen's 10th anniversary jersey.

Yeah thirds will be in use for a few years, RR will be 4 or 5 games this year and done.
With a new jersey manufacturer soon, that company will want to probably start other annual jersey programs. Or, they may want to have their own take on 3rds (or primary ones), even for teams that just have introduced them under Adidas.

Yes, that's pretty much been confirmed. We just don't know if the new alternate will be exactly the same as the Reverse Retros from 2021 or slightly different, and we don't know the exact colouring of the RR pedestal, but it seems it will be black with a white Flaming C.

Safe bet is probably a black pedestal for RR.
Dare I say a black jersey, white "Calgary" script font jersey from 2013?
Black and red HC from 2011?
Whatever the RR is it will be black. Team can then use black helmet pants and gloves for 2 sets.
Be nice if they threw a twist in there to have some fun with it. White gloves? Different font from the usual? Probably not.
