This is a huge test for the Darryl led team.

Under previous regimes they have crumbled in games like this. Can we keep our foot on the pedal and get the job done?

Monahan needs to be moved up the lineup here. Great period. Didn’t notice Backlund much. Thought Hanifin and Anderson were strong, and I’m still pulling my hair out whenever Valimaki is in the ice. Don’t see it with him, feel he’d be a great trade piece while still young and with potential.
