Anchovies going out in the first round is a travesty. Against bare dough no less. Just not right.
The problem with most pizza places putting anchovies on is that they show little to no restraint. They get so excited that someone ordered anchovies that they unload all of their entire anchovy inventory onto one pizza.

It's not excitement.... it's usually some 16 year old kid going "OMG eww.... I like barely want to touch them, gag!" After putting on gloves and psyching themselves up, they'll open a can of anchovies, dump the whole thing on (including all the brine and salt), move them around a bit and cover with cheese.
I used to work at a pizza place way back in the day and this was exactly how it went every time.
Does anyone have a good recipe for cauliflower crust? I have developed a sensitivity to wheat, I have tried different pizza joints, my own crust, etc. I am lactose intolerant also, but I love pizza, so I take pills for the dairy but no such luck for the wheat. So my other option is making my own crust from cauliflower, but I haven't had one that is really great just yet, maybe there isn't one out there, but I was hoping the CP world might know!
And to cook it on the BBQ would be great too!

No, but I think Bow Tie and Dominos both offer gluten free options that I believe are cauliflower based.

I'm celiac, and I don't really find the cauliflower crusts do it for me. I've tried many pizza places, but end up preferring to buy the GF plain pizzas from Costco, put my own toppings on, and add some cheese. They are my favorite crusts and save some time.
But if you want to get creative, I'll share my homemade pizza dough. Gluten free doughs are super tough to handle, they are sticky and I've never got one to work well. But this, well, this you just mix and pour. No rolling, ore kneeding or anything. The beautiful part is that you can do it in a deep cast iron pan, and make a deep dish pizza, with a somewhat fluffy crust. Which I've never been able to do with GF before. It's not exactly like wheat, but it's delicious.
Spoiler!
1/2C Gluten free flour blend
(I use white rice flour/potato starch/tapioca starch/guar gum blend, but any commercial blend should work fine)
1/2C Garbonzo/Fava Flour
2/3C milk
2 eggs room temp
½ tsp salt
1/2 pack yeast
Warm milk to ~35-40°C in microwave, aprox 45 seconds. Beat in eggs. Add yeast salt and flours. Let rest 5-10 min
Heat cast iron skillet (8 inch) in oven at 450°F. Remove from oven, oil pan generously and pour batter in. Bake for about 5 min, top should be baked, not liquid. Sauce it, top it and bake until toppings done!
For deep dish use the full batter in 8". I think I use 1/2 batter for a regular pie.

They are definitely not to be added like other toppings, but in the right amount they make for the best pizza topping. Anchovies with capers is an amazing pizza topping. People who disagree are just objectively wrong.
All of you that voted against anchovies are wrong.

Capers and olives are perfect pairings for anchovies. It's essentially the puttanesca but in pizza form. Amazing pasta dish as well with strong and well balanced flavours.
