That's a penalty? Boeser barely got touched. Weak sauce.

The problem in the NHL now is that if a player has a solid scoring chance and gets touched like that and just gives up the refs almost always put their arms up.

A makeup call for the McDive in the first period?

Both teams look like they enjoy playing with the puck in the o-zone with minimal pressure, and exert effort as a result, but still can't score.

Both teams look like they hate playing without the puck in the defensive zone, and exert as minimal effort as required as a result, and get hemmed in.

Telltale signs of two bad teams facing off.

So, AC in particular, at 10:03 of the second period Tippett is shown after the too many men call mouthing "#### Me". That may be useful over the course of the season.

ok - i hope this isn't a dumb question. isn't it a rule that you are not allowed to have your jersey tucked into hockey pants?

if it is a rule, then how is mc hobo allowed to always have his jersey tucked in? hmmmm... special treatment by the officials maybe??

didn't monahan get a penalty for that... or was that for his visor being up too high on his forehead (or something dumb like that)

No, Dave Randorf. This is not a "good" game.

Cody Glass gets his 1st career goal. 3-1 Vegas.

He's gonna be a good one.

Are they seriously wondering if McDavid could have chased the guy with the puck without his helmet? No Elliot, he could have taken a swipe at the puck then grabbed the helmet, but he can’t follow a guy around the ice.

I believe the rule is that the fight strap needs to be on at all times. Jersey tuck irrelevant.

Of course his fight strap is not done up therefore yes he should be assessed a minor.

Good discussion on the new helmet rule. I dont think McDavid was close enough to anyone to make an immediate play so he had to put his helmet back on or get off.

First question to Myers:” so how does it feel to play against Connor?”

FFS. Tiresome
