Ryan has also not impressed me. Soft and not very elusive.

Of the above group, Backlund is the only one who's necessarily "underperforming" right now. I do think there's some potential in Lindholm, Bennett, and Dube, but we seem to be pretty committed to those three as wingers.

Lol no doubt. But when you don’t have that elite talent you need to build depth down the roster. That’s what we’ve done.

They need to put Lindholm or Gaudreau on the second powerplay unit to feed Neal. Nobody on the second unit creates open space and nobody has the skill to make those types of passes.

Ryans decision making is just something else. I can explain almost anything else any other player does...but the stuff he's tried to do this game is mind boggling and really dragging down his line and PP
