I'm kind of Lol'ing. All day on the Fan960 the guys have had it so arse backwards.
Forced to talk about the caps and even then they pretty much discount what the caps are doing by making up excuses for the Lightning, which is insane. The lightning are just being outplayed full stop.
Now tonights game they went full Jets bandwagon saying LV doesn't have the juice or the depth to contend with this Jets Juggernaught (verbatim).
Just keep discounting these teams Fan960, you look bad every second of it.

I think we are seeing what that week off meant for the Knights in game 1. They came out and werent up to speed while the Jets were on cruise control coming off the Preds series.
Fast forward to tonight and the Knights have their legs back and are putting pressure on the Jets all over the ice...which is the M.O. and damn if they aren't elite at it. That's what's forcing the turnovers and the multitude of chances.
Should be 4-1 right now.

Still early and Jets finally starting to show some life in the last few minutes but I'm surprised so many people in this thread seemingly wrote the Knight's off after one game. As if they haven't proven enough? They're a very good team and the Jets will have their hands full. If Vegas can get a split, watch out...

I figured this would happen for game 2. Vegas isn't as outmatched as game 1 appeared to indicate, imo.

I disagree. Jim Hughson is a natural play by play commentator with a fantastic use of the english language and the ability to drum up excitement with regular tonal fluctuations. He is by far, one of the best commentators when not calling a Canucks game. I quite enjoy listening to his play by play over Romanuk or some others.
