He doesn't know how. That's the problem. And that's why he is not the right coach for this team. Treliving has delivered a better roster year-over-year twice now and Gulutzan still can't do anything with it. This team needs an old-school coach like Babcock, Hitchcock or Darryl Sutter. Sutter would make this team a cup contender in a month.
