Just had a look at that site. If those numbers are accurate, things are definitely looking good for Clinton so far in regards to voter turnout. In the end though, I think both Florida and NC are gonna be really close.

It's apparently run by ex Obama and ex Romney Polsters who are using a similar
Model to what the campaigns do to mount their Election Day GOTV efforts. But in the public sphere it's untested.

If you're worried about the world ending, reading anything other than 538 is a good plan, as it has Clinton's chances much lower than pretty much everywhere else.
Clinton lead in FL is about 24,000 votes... +25 in Miami and West Palm with nothing from Broward (also will be about +25)
