I think you just need to not use them unless you're at least 70% sure you're going to win. If you keep it until the last minute of the game, that one you were fairly sure you were good on that happened halfway through the first could end up costing you to an extent where the last minute of the game is a moot point.

Good point. This really just shows the ridiculousness of the new review system.
They should have an off ice official, in radio contact with the refs, who reviews every goal and can also offer advice on penalties which are missed in real time.

Man, the Sharks have brought it tonight. They look amazing, but they're going to have to be if they want to win. LA is just so hard to beat.

this series has been amazing, the only hockey I've seen in a couple years that's worth the price of admission (outside the Flames of course).
Seriously this game is so fast and intense, you can tell the competitiveness, lots of chances.
And here we have Randorf or whatever his name is announcing it, and it just sucks a lot of the life out of this thing. If Hughson or Cole was announcing this series? Gold.

Burns buries one. 1-0.
Kinda looked like Quick might have hurt himself missing that one.

That's a terrible call. Johnson is wrong. That's not goalie interference. He's going after the puck and they bump into each other a bit. He did not run to the goalie. ####, I hate that.

He ran into the goalie, but because Quick looked over his shoulder and then slid his leg into his path at the last second

Yeah, pretty lame chant.
This game is so good, though. San Jose looks amazing.

Nice to see the refs remember what a penalty looks like. All LA does is hold, hook, and tackle

Well, I'm impressed. I thought the Sharks would come out flat after the way they lost game 3.

Loving the pace of this game tonight. Also loving SJ having a lead. Would love to see the Kings sent up the river early.
My dream of a NSH/SJ series needs to live!
