What a cluster#### of a game! Easiest way to beat the Vikings this year? Exploit their Pop Warner offensive line.

I’m seeing a lot of comments talking bad about the 49er fans without actually knowing what happened, so....

Here’s the full story:

The Viking fan in the video and a 49er fan NOT in the video were talking smack to each other, getting into each others faces. A lot of fans from both sides were telling both people to stop and just walk to their cars. The 49er fan then walked away from the situation and that’s when the Viking fan may have got a little cocky. The Viking fan turned around and addressed everyone behind him (mostly 49er fans). He said “ what’s up, any of you ####ers want some?!” At that point everyone went silent for 2 seconds then as the Viking fan was turning around to walk away, the 49er fan in the black (at the beginning of the video who threw the first punch) tackled him to the ground. That’s where the video starts.
Lesson: Don't be an ####### and invite a fight if you want to avoid the possibility of getting your ass beat.

As someone who recently spent about a decade living in rival sports cities (Edmonton/Vancouver), I totally get the fun in going into the rival stadium wearing your colours, hell maybe even being a little obnoxiously loud. But I'll never understand the appeal in wanting to go in there and take it to an aggressive, confrontational level. You gotta be a real degenerate to go into a stadium with that mindset (probably also the type to have 12 rye & Coke's beforehand too)

Been a die-hard sports fan my whole life and even I know it's "just sports". Settle the F down, there Rambo.

Both poorly executed games. But seats were great and an awesome time.
Naw we were just interested in the Raiders, though next time I probably would look at getting tickets for both games.

Are you talking about Raider fans? Never heard this before about other Bay Area teams.

49ers fans have a pretty bad reputation, been a few fan assaults over the years (I think there was one with a Colts fan not too long ago), and of course whenever they play the Raiders it's usually a stab fest. Giants obviously have a pretty intense rivalry with the Dodgers that has had some fan violence issues.

From my 1 game at each park this weekend it certainly did seem like 49er fans were by far the bigger idiots. Raider fans look tough, but everyone seemed like they were in a good mood despite the score. I saw 2 fights at the 49er game and a bunch of popped collar tough guys getting in Viking fans faces.

Judging by media talk and Sentiment, it's like the Bronco's got beat 35-0 by the Ravens last week.

Their defence played that game tough, and they beat the Ravens whom many have predicted to be a contender for the AFC this year.

Denver's fine, and I'm afraid that they'll kick the Chiefs ass tonight. KC was good for 3 drives against Houston, but did nothing in the second half.

Maybe a little insight to why some Chicago fans (me), although less and less by the day are still hitched to the Cutler wagon.

Will go down as the best QB in Chicago'S 90 year history by the end of the year, which speaks volumes to the Bears' franchise and its inability at acquiring QB talent in, well forever.

Quote:
Cutler will own virtually all the significant team passing records by the end of the season. He already has thrown for a team-record 18,950 yards and owns a franchise-best 84.1 passer rating (based on a minimum 500 attempts). And he needs just eight touchdowns to surpass Sid Luckman's 137
.

Denver defence needs some discipline. Nice run by JC though.

Ol' Knuckleball Manning finally leads a TD drive. Between the patchwork Oline and his arm this might be a long year in Denver. Hope they get it together soon.

KC has been a disaster on Special Teams. They need to start fair catching everything. This is embarrassing. Denver looks invincible.

How does Von Miller not get flagged for excessive celebration there?
