I think the package would be roughly equal. Kadri is more established but he's not an established star by any means and his potential is still a question mark, which would make teams hesitate in paying the big money that Kadri is asking for. Monahan on the other hand looks like he's on his way to reaching his potential which is as high as Kadri's if not higher and there's no need to commit big money to him. In a sense, Kadri's value might be lower than it should be because he hasn't established himself as a 1st line center while Monahan's value might be higher than it should be because he's still considered a prospect with 1st line center potential. It's just how things work. Monahan is like this shiny new toy while Kadri is this toy that you have wanted for some time but has been out on the market for some time and you don't know if he's will be better than the next best thing that just came out.
