Play in our own zone has been sloppy.

Get the puck and get it out!

If Flames fans can tolerate the horrendousness of Rob Kerr, Hughson should be a God send.

Always nice to listen McLean and Cherry talk about the Leafs during the Flames/Canucks game.

Apparently the Canucks have an opponent tonight but you wouldn't know but listening to these clowns. Every time this idiot announces the shot count, the Flames total mysteriously gets lower while the Canucks gets higher.

Honestly, the period was pretty even in terms of quality possession. Canucks certainly had more attack zone time but it's not like they were piling up scoring chances either.

I love HNIC but these guys sound like complete morons. Basically no mention of the Flames injuries up front while the Canucks are certainly missing their whole second line. Happy for Ben Street and everything but he shouldn't be the only Flames player being talked about on a national broadcast. Embarrassing.

Irving is playing way above his pay grade right now. He must also be wearing his rabbits foot.

Worst part about having to watch CBC...

Having to listen to the geriatric ###### ramble... before his wife died, Cherry was just a racist #######. Now, he's a racist insane #######, and yet, he's still on tv.

Love NHL.com when they say "Canucks look for fifth straight against ailing Flames"

Didn't know 3-1-1 in the past 5 games constituted ailment.

Hughson is actually a solid play by play guy.

He's just too busy knob gobbling the nucks all the time, because he loves them.

I don't mind him at all when he's calling a game without the nucks playing.

What the heck just happened? Coverage dies and then coaches corner which accomplishes nothing.

Love that "rare mistake by Chris Tanev" call. The guy is an 8th defenseman in the NHL. He scores one goal and now is a superstar apparently.

I'm really impressed that Hughson knows which side Edler is playing - I doubt he has any idea which side any Flames D plays.
