Lester will a very effective inning so far, Jays really had a chance to get that pitch count up and get him out of the game.

Nice inning by Lester. Bautista seems to be getting frustrated at the plate.

I believe in the Jays.

Bautista needs to relax a little bit. He seems frustrated in almost every at bat.

Jose needs to crack a beer in the dugout and chill out. It's early, no need to be so wound up already.

I don't mind Bautista getting a little angry and frustrated, just use that energy to your advantage.
Lester with 87 pitches. Romero with 82. This not a glass half full post but right now the 9th inning has a very good chance of being the 1 or 2 spot leading off. Very similar to the opening game.

I'm not sure where my mind is but forgot to mention or notice Romero has sat down 14 straight Red Sox batters

Jays have a chance to be 4-2 after today, and in the weirdest of ways I would not have predicted.

Both of these pitchers are absolute studs. We already knew that though.

Each time without a hit since the 3rd. Romero is going to have to earn this complete game with Ellsbury leading off in the 9th. Sure would be nice to give him some support. Thames, JP and Davis due up

I'd like the Jays to put up another run or two as insurance, but Romero has looked incredible and I doubt he will give the Sox anything in the 9th.
