What unranked team did OU get beat by last year? They got beat by Baylor who had one of the best QB's in the country and the best Oklahoma State team they have ever had. Did Texas beat either of those teams? Let me ask you this. When will Texas be back in the National title picture?... Maybe the next decade?

Wow easy to push your buttons. And you should look at your teams schedule last year because they lost another game in Norman. Texas walloped that team

Jones and Barkley might have hurt their draft stock staying an extra year.

I wonder if Oregon leap frogs LSU into number 2 if they destroy Arizona tonight.

they should....LSU barely beat Auburn, a team that barely beat ULM.
Oregon is scary good, but they best not take AZ lightly...they are pretty good as well.

I agree they should, but it's pretty hard to leap a high ranked team that wins ... even if they barely beat a terrible team.

He has been fine this year, no idea what you mean by regressing. His Oline is a problem but his accuracy and decision making has been very good thus far. Add to that he comes out of an NFL style offense and his arm strength, he is still an elite level draft pick.

Never said he wont still be an elite level draft pick but he could see a similar fall as Leinart who would have gone #1 after his junior year and fell a few spots costing him mucho dinero. Right now he is on pace for ~2500 yards which is close to a thousand less than last year plus how many more times is Kiffin going to throw him under the bus?

Team SEC sucks when one loses to ULM and the next week needs home cooking to beat that very same ULM team and Arkansas looses to Rutgers. Oh don't forget that Kentucky losing to Western Kentucky...
Team sec sucks and I hate it.
Oh yeah BIG12 please take back Mizzou...
Could be worse, look at the big ten and Iowa...

Yeah it was just a joke, I'm not an 'SEC! ... SEC!' kind of guy, although I do tend to thing the conference breeds great pros on the defensive side of the football.
Really it's Bama and LSU, and after today, I think if Bama can get by year three of LSU getting an extra week to prepare for them it's Bama Oregon in the big game.
That would be a fun one to watch.
