aaah, there's the panic signing. Brilliant.

Former Paris St-Germain striker Edinson Cavani is due to fly into England on Sunday to join Manchester United.
The Uruguay international, 33, has been in talks with United and although there is no deal yet, it is growing increasingly likely Cavani will join on what could be a two-year contract.

big name, 33 years old, way past his prime, injury prone, big wages and agent fees. What could go wrong?

If they were going to do this they may as well have just brought Zlatan back.

yeah he has, he's way past it. Also struggled with injuries.
it's a desperate panic move if there ever was one. I'm half convinced Ed Woodward is just a diehard Pool fan taking the piss.

I think Spurs should have enough to win this today. It’s tough because it’s the fourth game in a week, and I do wonder if Son is 100%, but I think it’s a decent lineup.
Of course Fernandes will dive alone over and we need at least two goals to overcome that. I feel like if we’re ahead by one when the final whistle goes though, we probably come away with a draw at least!

Yeah, when you're playing against United you gotta watch that final whistle.

Maguire is basically the English Otamendi. What an insane start to the game.

Ndombele losing 15 pounds over the break, becoming Jose's favorite player because he fought for his place
Now looks like a bargain

Bailly is having himself a game right now. 3 critical blocks in a row.
Did Lamela just sucker Martial into a sending off? I've lost the commentators.

I’m a Spurs fan and even I think that’s a bit harsh on Martial and horrible play acting by Lamela
