“This is a memo that describes how we’re going to take out seven countries in five years, starting with Iraq, and then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and, finishing off, Iran.”
President Trump’s ban on Muslims’ entry to the US: Iraq, Syria, Somalia, Libya, Sudan, Iran and Yemen.Certainly not much has changed.
Yeah, I was a little frustrated with that segment. That's Bill Maher, he values directional control of an interview (or panel discussion) and witty/pointed interjections to get the crowd cheering over anything else.
It's still a decent platform for American political discussion, but Bill definitely sets the tone for what he believes to be right and wrong on any given topic and is meandering towards his crowd cheering points regardless of where the guest is going, which gets a little frustrating at times.
This is hilarious. Some New Yorkers held a mock vigil for the victims of Kellyanne Conway's "Bowling Green Massacre" at the Bowling Green subway station.
“I misspoke one word,” President Trump's campaign manager-turned-presidential adviser told Fox News's Howard Kurtz, according to a preview of a yet-to-air interview. “The corrections in the newspapers that are attacking me are three paragraphs long every day.”
Conway endured a day of mockery after she defended Trump's refugee ban to MSNBC's Chris Matthews by raising the specter of “the Bowling Green massacre.”
“Most people don't know that because it didn't get covered,” Conway told Matthews. There was no massacre at Bowling Green. Conway's comment instantly inspired memes.

Much of the Bowling Green massacre mockery, in fact, has been issued from Bowling Green itself — where the Associated Press reported a pizza has been named after Conway's mistake.
Trump's administration is an absolute gold mine for comedians. The jokes practically write themselves. Can't wait for Trump's weekly SNL Twitter tirade tomorrow.
The US federal appeals court has rejected the Trump administration's request to reinstate a travel ban blocked by a federal judge on Friday.
The late night ruling means the travel ban will remain suspended until the full case has been heard.
The court gave the White House and the states challenging it a deadline of Monday to present more arguments.
