41 5 stars, 1 4 star and 1 3 star. I’m sure the 3 star was in Toronto, the guy was so completely inept, continuously missed turns and put me tight for a flight at Pearson. I never said a word but he knew I was frustrated. I still think I gave him a 4, jerk.
