Yeah its pretty stupid. Should've been a getaway day for both teams as the White Sox play in Detroit tomorrow. The game likely wont finish before 11pm ET. Get out of the ballpark by Midnight. It's a 2.5 hour flight to Boston. So there's no way the Jays get in to their hotels before 3am ET.
I seem to recall something of the White Sox owner Jerry Reinsdorf not allowing for weekday afternoon games. Maybe has something to do with the Cubs always playing during the day because Wrigley didnt have stadium lights for the longest time. Googles not telling me anything so I could be wrong. But #### 'em. It's still dumb.
2 runs similarly isn’t going to cut it. Shame Gurriel gave away an out in the first. Anyway when Semien and Vlad are quiet like they are now the team struggles offensively. We really need Biggio and Springer back soon to give this lineup some more depth. We’ve scored a lot but it’s been a bit feast or famine.

Baseball is such a fickle sport. A couple clutch hits in game 1 and a catch in the first inning and things probably look a lot different this series.
The White Sox are a good team. But there's some fishy business in regards to their starters and they look quite beatable. This weekend might be a make or break for the Jays.
