The Orioles have hit 17 balls over 90mph in 23 AB's against Gausman. That it absolutely ridiculous.

I cant remember the last time the Jays had a ball that hits a player or glove bounce in a good direction. It's always right to someone.

Gausman hasn't had it all night. This should be a 15-2 game the way he has been giving up contact.

About the only good thing about the Flames past season was the young players getting ice time.

The Jays need to do something similar with their young players.

I used to think the same but he's improved a lot. Certainly he does have deficiencies, but I don't see a substantial problem. His bat is great, and if he wants to milk his contract by playing a desirable position, so be it. There isn't a player pushing him to even have that conversation.

The answer is playing them in the minors. MLB experience will eat them up. Gotta develop their confidence and bring them up at the right time. Now would be terrible. I'm on the bus of trading anyone who can bring back MLB prospects, whether from now or in the off-season, anyone of value should be dangled. There is not one player on today's lineup/rotation/bullpen who is untouchable.

I wouldn’t say Bo has a great bat. Good for his position sure but not great. He’s career 122 WRC. When added to his slightly below average defence it’s not the best profile to back up the brinks truck too. I have more hope I think in Vlad being a better bat long term. But right now Bo sucks this year all around. Which leaves it as a bad time to consider trading him.

Anyway Shapiro can stay since he’s more on the stadium side and that’s gone well, but fire Atkins and fire the coaching staff. (Especially Mattingly) Both of these have done poorly and need replacing.

Fire Atkins and fire the coaching staff. I don’t think they’ll do anything with Shapiro. I think he’s fine enough but the rest need to go. Then start making trades. Garcia, IKF, Jansen, Gausman, etc can all get you something. Consider trading Bo if the right offer comes in. Try to resign Vlad long term. Maybe don’t do a full rebuild but at least do a reset.

Oh it’s full rebuild time !

They should trade everything . In MLB you can actually turn it around fairly quick especially if you’re a team willing to spend

But we need to rebuild the farm , and find the next core . This one failed and it’s over for this core . It sucks but it happens

I think we actually could get more value for our pieces then they provide value as a whole
