I don't think its a huge market for starters
Toronto, Montreal and Hamilton in the East seem content with their starters.
Ottawa I can see moving on from Arbuckle But Masoli is still their guy
In the West
BC, Calgary, Winnipeg are all pretty secure in their QB's. Edmonton might want to stick with Taylor, and I know they are pretty high on Ford.
Fajardo to me is a lower ranked starter. He's mobile, but he struggles with accuracy and decision making isn't great.
I would expect that he might be forced to sign for backup dollars and a show me contract as he isn't a huge step up for the Red Blacks or even the eskimos.
If Bo for example goes to the Riders, I would be ok with signing Fajardo to third stringer money at best.

The coaching cap is stupid it's like they are punishing the Stampeders for having the best staff. We have lost a lot of talent on the coaching side and I think it's finally showing up a bit on the defensive side.

Stampeders represented well this year. IMO Carey has been fantastic and it's a shame he's not going to get a chance against Collaros. Same with Logan who has been fantastic but will lose to Schoen. Lemon and Paredes have a chance to get West nominations.

I believe the Stamps are discounting some tickets 15% for this last game. Usually Riders fans represent themselves well but they seem to have packed up and gone home after the weekend.
