Finally a Georgia update. Trump's lead is down to 28,521. I didn't see exactly how many votes were in this tranche but it looks like about 4k for Biden, which means he won these by a very large margin.

So that lines up with what I just posted (from AP), but obviously the AP numbers are only reflecting a small chunk of that.

Looks like it was 4,575 (77.2%) for Biden and 1,348 (22.8%) for Trump.

Chuck Todd - who appears to be feeling some Monster energy drink withdrawal - says we should have further information about AZ tonight, and it may be enough to give us a picture of what's going to happen with that state.
He also thinks Biden should net another 100k votes out of Philly, which would significantly close the gap in Pennsylvania (leaving Penguins fans to tie the score or give it to Biden in OT).

I'm certainly not as confident as the Nates about PA, I really hope they're right.

CNN is going hard in their claim of "90k or possibly more" votes remaining for GA and Biden scoring in the vicinity of 70% of votes there... with currently a ~32k vote gap. Simple math based on these numbers suggests Biden wins GA but there's a couple unknowns still.

I have a sneaking sense it will be Biden calling for a recount in Georgia when all is said and done.

Yup.
Mail-in/absentee = favors dems regardless of region.
It's all a matter of if there is enough runway there to bridge the gap entirely.

Alright I did some quick math. This would mean that there are about 7500 votes outstanding in the Trump-dominated counties combined, and...
~17,000 votes outstanding in Clayton;
~11,000 votes outstanding in Bibb;
~1800 votes outstanding in Sumter;
~14000 votes outstandingin Richmond; and
~16,000 votes outstanding in Chatham.
Obviously the Biden margin varies significantly in those counties but they all would narrow the lead and might be just enough to get it to Biden's side (though as noted earlier it's in recount territory either way).
Fingers crossed, knock on wood, etc etc.

Georgia is going to be REALLY close.
I am starting to agree with the Nates, have been tracking PA for a while and if Biden can continue at anything close to the pace he has been on for the last couple hours, he will win by 100,000 to 150,000 votes.
I'll believe it when I see it, but that is the current trend
