My goodness, what a gift to start the 5th set for Felix.

It's only a gift if he holds here.

It's amazing how players play differently once they realize they have a chance to win the match. Seems to affect almost every calibre of player.

It's why we love golf and tennis, it's so much more mental than any of the other sports. Someone can be absolutely cruising, one bad moment and they completely fall apart, or vice versa with someone playing poorly and then one break goes their way and it's a total turnaround.

I mean, if you would have told me Felix would be up a break in the 5th set before the match started today, I would have been quite pleased.

How about Sonego having to come out from this having to serve facing break point at 5-5? Almost feels like when they suspend mid-game they should just restart the game.

A big part is having no one else to count on once the competition starts. Every shot, every result is all you. A golfer does have a caddie I guess but they’re almost always in a subservient role, not really a coach or mentor.

And sure enough Sonego double faults and loses the set. Cruel for him.

That could have put it away. Holding there might give Zverev a boost.

Such a shame Felix sent that forehand wide, the double break was there for the taking.

Yeah, that may be the match.

Edit: alright Zverev with his arms up is getting pretty obnoxious.

Felix makes that forehand and he's up 3-love and looking great. Instead he's down 2-3. The cruelty of sports.

I mean I probably wouldn't care if he lost this to not Zverev, just tragic to lose to such a fraudster.

Glad to see I'm not the only one finding that annoying.

That's a big hold right there - No 5th set tie-break, so who knows, we could be here a while or it could be over in 20 minutes.

The whole match just swings depending on whose first serve is going in. Could swing again any minute... cmon Zverev dump a few in the net.
