Buffalo screwed themselves over. The eagles were down to 8 secs to kick it and then Buffalo took a timeout to let them get ready for it. No way Elliot hits that with the pressure before the timeout.

Should have called timeout once they showed all out blitz, make sure you know the routes. Eagles definitely winning now for the classic Bills heartbreak.

The Bills can still get in... but with games against Cowboys, Chiefs, and Dolphins on the schedule it's probably unlikely. 10-7 probably gets them in, so they have very little margin for error.
