Hindsight being 20/20, do you pull Estrada after that double?

Hell yeah!

Just a little tense at the end there.

Kind of un-Osuna like but a win is a win.

He should not even have started the 9th. Gibbons has consistently left his starters in too long and created a lot of opportunities where the bull pen had inherited runners.

Boston was starting to square up on Estrada from the 6th on. A lot of well hit balls that the fielders were able to catch.

Right, of course today is the day that Justin Upton stops being terrible.

Mailed that in. After 4 series in a row with the Yankees and Red Socks the let down game was almost guaranteed. Nice to get blown out, shut out on three hits.

Oh well onto the next one

Sooooo let's hope the Jays are a little better today. Sanchez is on the mound and he is pretty damn good, especially against right handers which makes up the majority of the Tigers' lineup, they have a couple switch hitters but the rest are all right handed.

Matt Boyd, former Jay, is pitching for the Tigers today.

Sanchez on cruise control through 4 innings, only given up 1 hit.

Unfortunately the Jays have zero hits so far.

Okay, they have a hit now.

Pillar makes it 1-0.

The bats appear to have quieted right down again, they're not being aggressive at the plate like at the beginning of the season when they were struggling
