Why would they trade him for a late pick.
MAYBE for the Flames pick. But still too much talent and too young to give up for a pick in the late 20s.

Feels like there's a disconnect in Columbus between Johnson and the Jackets.
If not the Vancouver 1st pile on the Dallas 2nd. 1st and 2nd should be equivalent value.

I doubt the coach is around next season. Players will get a coach they like and it will be on them to perform.
