That's great to hear! At that point though, just toss a chicken in the oven. Rotisserie chicken is all about the crisp and flavour of the skin. If you just want moist chicken the oven will do way better than the results under the skin of Costco/Safeway etc.
Those grocery store chickens are all about the skin, they rely on it. The chicken underneath is generally quite dry/more stale than a simple freshly cooked oven chicken.

I hate to disagree but I find Costco Rotisserie chicken to be moist and much cheaper than any chicken I could buy in a store to stick in the oven. Probably becuase it is often undercooked and still pink in parts. I often use the left over chicken to make a curried chicken and rice dish.
As for the skin I agree. Sometimes I do cheat on my diet and eat the skin

I went golfing on Thursday for the first time in 15+ years. Took it really easy, just light swings and half shots since my back’s a mess. But even then I ended up with this burning-tingly electric wire sensation running from my lower back down the back of my thigh. None of the medications or stretches in my bag of tricks are of help.
I would like to exchange this body for a new one, please. It's defective.

Glad that happened as Popeyes was the only fast food chicken I liked before that and I found it kind of dry and bland most times.

Mary Browns chicken is pretty good but their sides are quite bad. Jollibee is another good option.

That's almost certainly myoglobin in fully cooked chicken. The stores are meant to verify internal temperatures while cooking to stave off food borne infections.
If the chicken was actually undercooked, you'd be at risk of salmonella or campylobacter infection and you would definitely know.

Note for chicken eaters: The colour has nothing to do with anything. Temp or die.

Went to Jolibee once on the recommendation of a Philippino friend of mine, yeah that was not good at all. Mary browns is good too, not Popeyes good but not bad. KFC has good fries and gravy, that’s all. Haven’t tried chick fil a yet, I’m not in a rush to try another American chain. Chicken on the way is a slightly better KFC.

KFC to me is really only good when it is cold…I find it kinda flavourless when it’s hot, but the flavour comes out when it’s cold.

Wouldn’t the breading get soggy and just awful?

I ate at one years ago in Vietnam and hard agree. When they opened in Calgary and had hour long lineups for months I was flabbergasted, that chain has to exist solely on Filipino nostalgia credit

Kinda surprised that no one's mentioned K Town Fried Chicken yet. Though they do have only a single location that can be a bit of a pain to get to. Amazing chicken, though. Their "Snowing Chicken" is amazing.

I find KFC and Mary Brown's both better the next day, cold. It isn't as greasy, and you can taste the seasoning better.
