I heard somewhere that of the Germans and Americans rated in the top five, 70% of them medal while only 30% of Canadians rated top five, medal.

Chokage of Paradis proportions for Morrison. 9th.
The Norweigen that skated against the Dutch winner is likely kicking himself...he slowed up because the Dutch guy was so far ahead of him, but the NOR guy finished 3rd, but only 0.03 out of a silver. He would've gotten silver if he finished the race not pulled up.

Who cares what they say now. They aren't exactly living up to the expectations the media has placed on them. Just winning one in a day is good enough.

I'm not surprised by the lack of medals in this one, but Morrison stopping skating twenty feet before the finish line is awful.
